Great apartment located in East London between Bank/Tower Hill and Canary Wharf near Shoreditch and Hoxton with an amazing view from the 7th floor of a lovely apartment building with onsite concierge. The room is very big with a double bed and a big wardrobe including en-suite bathroom with shower. Lovely kitchen and living room that you will share with myself. Bills are not included but amount to roughly £110 per (includes Council Tax, Unlimited Internet, Sky TV and TV license and Electricity).

I am looking for a female professional who is looking for a cozy and inviting flat to live in. I am half Italian and half Dutch from South Africa and lived in The Netherlands before coming to London 5 years ago. I am quite sociable and lively but enjoy my quiet time and respect other peoples space and wishes. I love working out and going to the gym (where you will find me most of the time) and live quite a healthy lifestyle but enjoy the occasional indulgence of a glass of wine every now and then.

I have very happily lived in the apartment for almost 4 years now and renew the contract on an annual basis. The landlords are really great people who are just a phone call away if anything happens in the apartment. Yes I'm very lucky!!
