Top floor, in a quiet block, big, bright windows and spacious rooms, with wooden floors. The room is a decent size double at approx. 10 sq mt. There is one bathroom, with separate toilet, and small outside area, where you can smoke if you do, no smoking inside. Bills are fully included in price, including unlimited internet.

Live in landlady Kat, normally lives in Greece, running a small animal rescue. Kat will be back in London, for a NHS secondment until December. Other lodger is young lady from Ireland working in social care. Also living at the flat is Wangu, the house cat. Everyone pitches in with the cleaning and caring for the flat, plants and cat.

The area is mainly Bengali, and Shadwell Gardens is friendly neighbourhood. Kids playing football with their dads, washing hanging outside, it is a proper community.
Always have loads of fruit and vegetables in the house, bought from Stepney Farm or the super cheap Bengali shops nearby. There is a Tesco, and Sainsbury's close too.

We are LGBTQ friendly.

We have our own lives, and also enjoy spending time chatting and sharing. This is a home, not just a rental.
