Large double bedroom, 1min from Shadwell Station
Only available until 4th September 2014, I am a student away for August to work, and am looking to sub-let (allowed on our lease) while I'm away.
The flat is very close to Shadwell station and therefore has great connections to Central and East London. The flat was completely redone before we moved in last September, so is fitted with new appliances and is very well presented.
The room is of generous size, and includes a double (queen) size bed, a chest of drawers and a desk. This room also has a built-in wardrobe.
There is no living room, the landlord decided to use what would be the living room as a third bedroom. The kitchen does however have a table and chairs.
Current flatmates are two romanian guys, both working at a hotel in West London, and a female italian student working at Oxford Street in an apprenticeship. They are all friendly and considerate.
This is short term let only.
Please feel free to message over spareroom if you are interested or have any questions.
