Double room in Friendly Flatshare with Tv and park

After a wonderful time in London I am moving back home and need someone to take over my room in East London (Zone 1-2)
The Flat is a 3 Bedroom Flat 5-10 min walk to either Shadwell or Limehouse DLR Stations and many Bus connections, just a 5 min. walk away.
The Room is clean and cosy
It comes fully furnished with a double bed, night stand, desk, chair, and built-in wardrobe and TV.
All bills included (incl. fast Wi-fi)
Kitchen has everything you need including washer/dryer, cooking utensils etc.
Bathroom has bathtub/shower.

There is a park right on the river just across the road from the flat! (great for exercising, relaxing...)
And if you squint real hard and tilt your head in the right way, you even have a view on the shard from the room :)

You will be moving in with 3 lovely flat-mates (1 couple and 1 Guy) All working professionals and very easy going, fun and nice people.
All great to live with!

We are looking for a easy-going and respectful person to take my place, if you work in the city the location couldn't be better (7 min. DLR Ride to Bank!!!)
