I am moving out of my flat on 20th February and am looking for someone to replace me.

It's a very spacious 2 bedroom apartment. The room that's available is a double and fully furnished with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, bedside table, 2 chests of drawers and a small desk and chair.

We have a MASSIVE open plan kitchen/living space and the kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances. The living room really is larger than the average London flat - you have to see it to believe it!

The bathroom is shared and is also quite big. There's a bath tub as well as a separate shower cubicle.

The transport links are amazing. The flat is less than a 5 minute walk from Shadwell DLR/Overground and 8-10 minute walk from Whitechapel. There's also bus stops right in front of the house with 24hr buses to central London.

The neighbourhood is quite diverse with a lot of shops and restaurants. Watney Market is across the road from the flat where there is a fresh fruit and veg. market everyday.

The rent is £740 per month excluding bills which would be an additional £100 per month on average. It's an absolute bargain for the size and quality of the flat.
