On top of such a location, it has the best transport links and a 24 hour bus service to and from the West End. There are also loads of shops and parks around.

To share the kitchen, bathroom and toilet with another four professionals all with different jobs and schedules. This means it is not a flat share as such since each room is let independently. Also, each person has a different timetable so, queuing for the shower does not need to be imagined, specially as the bathroom and toilet are separate.

The flat is very bright and immaculately clean. The ideal candidate is expected to enjoy it and be capable of maintaining the shared areas like that. Also, be familiar with environmental issues like recycling and a way of living that is responsible towards the planet. And definitely be a non smoker.

There is also a young pedigree cat but being a right princess keeps only to herself.
