Cheap cosy cupboard room in E1 for 2 months!

I am travelling for TEN WEEKS and I am looking for someone to sub-let my super cheap cupboard room from NOW until the 24th October. See below for details for the flat/room!

Sorry about the error in the title. Its 10 WEEKS. I can be flexible on dates, but I can only let to someone who can stay until approximately the 24th October.

The rent is £85 per week, but I am only asking for £80pw as I need the first month right away and I am keen to fill the room! That includes ALL BILL and COUNCIL TAX and BROADBAND!!

The £160 deposit can be paid any time in the first TWO WEEKS and covers me for two weeks if you decide to move out (you get it back if you give two weeks notice!).

I will give preference to anyone able to pay the 10 weeks rent at the beginning (not necessarily all at once mind)

THE FLAT

The other housemates are 2 great Italian guys who work at Nandos, one friend of mine from university who works in finance and one girl who works in fashion.

Everyone in the house smokes to varying degrees.

There is a great big window in the living room overlooking all the skyscrapers in central London. A small balcony of the kitchen, which has a gas hob and two fridges.

Its a very sociable flat, and wont always be in pristine condition (especially with me away), but we work hard to keep it nice and clean when/where its important.

The flat is across the street from Shadwell overground which connects to Shoreditch and Hackney and South of the river, and Shadwell DLR which is ONE stop from Bank or Tower Hill. Its just off Cable Street and cycle superhighway 3 which runs out to Limehouse and Canary Wharf. There are some great local corner shops and chip places, plus a fruit and veg market and an Iceland over the road.

THE ROOM

The room is small. Its the width of one single bed for the most part. There is a built in wardrobe at the far end of the bed (access via the bed) with storage above and below. This held all of my cloths and stuff no trouble.

At the door end the room widens out and there is a desk, some over head storage and 4 shelves all bolted to the walls to save on floor space. It has two windows
