We are looking for new flatmate from the middle of September.
Would like to find a young (about our age 27-29), sociable, professional person.
Room:
Spacious room with wardrobe and double bed.
Unfortunately we have got no living room but like to hang out in the kitchen.
Brilliant location:
4 minutes walk to Shadwell station
7. 4 minutes walk to Whitechapel station
15-20 minutes bike ride to central London (Holborn, Soho, etc.).
Flatmates:
Lovely, friendly (at least one of them :P),
young professionals. Working mainly Monday to Friday (from the morning till the afternoon).
Rent:
£477/month plus bills
£50-75 (depends on the season... it goes up a bit during winter).
You can have a view and meet us in the evenings.
