The room
- Moderate sized room, king sized double bed and usual furniture.
- Main use of the main, very decent sized bathroom (other 2 rooms have en suites)
- 780pcm + bills (about £90 inc sky sports, cleaner, internet, council tax, water and electric).
- Annoying c£160 moving-in fees from estate agent for reference check etc

The housemates
- Two mid 20s males, civil servant and a civil engineer
- Interests: sky sports, music, few drinks, the usual.

What we’re looking for
- Ideally male, 20 something, vaguely good company, vaguely easy going, vaguely hygienic
- Able to move in on 1 October
