Nice and Large Bedroom in a furnished shared flat near Shadwell

Dear Future Flatmate,

My name is Ben and I am a 26 yo young professional looking for somebody exceptional to share my flat with. The bedroom is large, nice and comfortable, you will like it! However the flat is not limited to your room, the living room is the central piece because of the combo Sofas - Wireless Audio system - Projector - direct access to the balcony and the kitchen - your flatmate being there after work and sometimes during weekends.

The Kitchen is fully equipped and has cutting edge devices like a dishwasher. You will never have to do a cost/benefit analysis between cooking and cleaning the dishes.

The bathroom is shared with me, a guy so I use it 20min a day. The remaining 23hours and 40minutes, it is yours. It is also large, has a massive mirror covering wall, the shower has a good flow.

Due to the rarity of such flat, I am very picky, my new flatmate will need to meet outstanding standards:
- English fluent both verbal and written, additional language beneficial but not required
- 3 years of relevant experience of not living with your parents
- A sense of humour and basic understanding of sarcasms
- Ability to help me clean the flat once a week although training can be provided upon arrival
- As you will meet my friends, any prior client facing experience strongly appreciated

Price: £800 = £700 + £100 bills (electricity, internet, council tax, water)
