The Bedroom comprises 1 three door wardrobe, plenty of under bed storage. couple bed size, Small and large Book Shelves, Chair + Desk + Study lamp provided and any extra items you need just let me know.
Space in Room for 2 dining chairs and a table.

It faces directly onto our own private terrace (south facing) having a lot of solar gains in summer and winter. We have a large table and benches on the terrace as well as plant pots.

I encourage mature Greenwich University Students, Goldsmiths Students or Professionals to come and visit.

The Bathroom and Kitchen are very clean and fully equipped. Obviously, you can bring your own things, but most cutlery/pantry items are already here. If you want to contribute to the terrace garden then you are very welcome to bring your own plants.

This is a secure close gated community with parking available, disabled access, Gym, all located in a great neighbourhood. It is surrounded by leafy streets and there is a massive Forest nearby with running tracks, etc. Sometimes I go there running. There is also a big bicycle store where to place your bike.

A bit about me. I am an Architect that came from Lisbon to study at University in Leeds back in 97 and stayed on in the UK. I love living in London and occasionally I travel abroad. I speak Spanish, Italian, French and a bit of Greek.
