Cosy Double Bedroom available for 5 month

Attractive, bright double bedroom in a recently refurbished mid-century modern flat (share with 1 other), situated in Shoreditch on the fourth floor (with lift) and overlooking the famous Columbia Road Flower Market.

I’m looking for a female lodger to take over my room as I’m traveling for 5 month. The room is available from around 13th Jan till end of May or early June. You would be sharing with my charming and considerate flatmate, Alexa.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, spacious built-in wardrobe, bookshelf and dresser. The flat is non-smoking but has a south facing balcony, a new kitchen with all amenities (dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, fruit mixer, washer+drier…) and a bathroom suite with a separate WC.
It offers excellent transport- 15min walk to Bethnal Green station (Central line), 10 min Hoxton or Shoreditch Highstreet station (Overground) or 20min to Liverpool Street (Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City, District line and National Rail lines) and 20min Old street (Northern line).

Please note:
the rent includes all bills, wifi and a weekly cleaner.
