*Living with 2 girls (one Irish, one English) and an Irish guy working in London.

*We are good friends so we are looking for someone who wants to live with friends rather than just a have a room to sleep in.

*Bills not included in rent (per person):
£33 council tax per month
£13 water per month
£15 internet and TV per month
We pay the gas and electric every quarter, this year it has averaged to £57 per month each.

We also get a cleaner in once a week for £20 which we just take turns paying. She does both bathrooms, the kitchen, lounge and all the hallways and stairs - in a 3 floor house its a godsend!
