Room available in friendly Shoreditch flatshare

We have a room available in our Shoreditch flatshare.

The room isn't huge, but we have a big living room and a separate kitchen as well as a balcony that faces South towards the City. The flat is just off Columbia road in Shoreditch

Looking for easy going sociable people ideally around the same sort of age (We are 27). I work in TV documentaries and enjoy music (the flat has a piano), reading, and going out. Ana is a trainee Lawyer - but she's actually quite nice, loves languages, doing flat dinners when possible and speaks English with the fluidity and eloquence of a landed Baroness (she insisted that I add that).

The room is £550 PCM. The rent includes all bills and taxes.
