We're looking for 2 people to join our fantastic warehouse conversion located in the highly desirable Long Street Workshops in the heart of Shoreditch between the end of September and mid January 2015.

The apartment is open plan, naturally very spacious. It contains everything you'd expect including a breakfast bar, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, flat-screen TV, couches, futon and table and chairs and 3 bathrooms. Many of the original features include high ceilings, wood floors throughout and large warehouse windows.

The property is located within a secure gated development just off Kingsland Road. There is CCTV and a 24 hour caretaker and secure parking available if needed.

The bars, restaurants, markets and shops of Shoreditch are all within walking distance. Both the City and the West end are easily accessible by bus and train.

Rooms
The rooms are warm and cosy double rooms with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The more expensive room has an en suite

About us
We're 2 easy going young professionals (2 guys) from the UK. We're pretty sociable and often hang out or go for a drink or dinner.

About you
We're looking for someone who is sociable, clean and won't spend all evening in their room. There’s a good vibe in the flat so we're keen to find someone who fits. Professionals only, preferably female as we'd like to keep the flat balanced with 2 guys and 2 girls but that’s not set in stone (no couples) and aged between 22 and 30.

Contract
The move in date is end of September. This is a short term let until 15th of January 2015.

Costs
The Rent is £845pcm/£952pcm (paid in advance) + bills (split evenly between us and include a weekly cleaner). There's no admin fee and the deposit is £1275. The deposit is kept in a deposit protection scheme and is required to confirm the tenancy.
