Friendly flat looking for new girl to add to the mix. We are currently two guys and one girl and looking to keep the balance. We like to hang out together but also appreciate that we all have our own things going on but being sociable is a must. We are all professionals, one working in HR, one working in fashion and one with a very important sounding job that the rest of us don't really understand.

4 bed flat with a very large open plan lounge and kitchen and two showers/toilets. It is a double room but to be honest it is "cozy". The flat comes equipped with loads of "stuff", massive TV, dishwasher, washing machine etc. We are a 2 minute walk from Hoxton station and a 10 minute walk from Old Street station, also really good access to loads of bus routes including 55, 243, 242, 67, 149 and 26. We are in the centre of Hoxton so we are a stones throw from cool bars, coffee shops, Brick Lane, Spitalfields, Dalston, London Fields and Columbia Road. In other words, we're down with the kids. Whether you want calm or crazy we've got it covered.
