Cosy, fully furnished double room to rent in shared house at the Bethnal Green road end of Brick Lane.

Great transport links include a 5 minute walk to Shoreditch High Street overground as well as 15 min walk to Old Street, Liverpool Street or Bethnal Green undergrounds. The local shop is less than 2 mins away. There are several supermarkets (Tescos, Sainsburys), as well as many cafés, bars and pubs all within a 5 to 10 min walk. Located right in the middle of Shoreditch and a 2 minute walk from Columbia Road flower market.

The house is a 4-bed terrace house with a large living room and spacious kitchen and garden. Just had some work done by the landlord so room has had new carpets fitted. The room has a double bed, desk, in-wall storage cupboard as well as separate cupboard, large chest of drawers shelving, chest of drawers and bedside table. We also have WiFi, a sound system and a large TV to watch films and play games on.

The Housemates: You will be living with 3 male professionals, mid 20s – early 30s. The room is currently occupied by a couple, so the room would also suit a couple looking for a new, relaxed home.

We are all very laid back and open minded and are looking for someone who will fit in and is interested in getting to know us all. We all like to socialize together when we are all around, have a drink, listen to some music and generally hang out, but we are all respectful of each other’s space.

We like a few social gatherings at weekends sometimes, but it is pretty quiet in the week as we all work full time. We all like a good night out and music is a big part of our lives.

The room is currently occupied by a couple so would definitely also suit couples looking for a new, relaxed home. The room is available from the 30th March 2014 and needs to be filled by 6th April 2014 at the latest. The moving in date is flexible between those times and we are open to suggestion on the move in date for the right person. Deposit is £465 and monthly rent is £735 including all bills (water, electricity, gas, wifi, council tax) for a single person or £780 for a couple.
