Double room for couple just off Columbia Road

I am looking for a couple to move into the larger double room in my flat as my current flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend.

The flat is just off Columbia Road and a five minute walk from Hoxton station. You would be sharing with me and my dog Bean. We are very active, love going for runs, going to gigs and eating healthily.

I am an easy-going, relaxed person who loves all things creative and would love to find housemates of a similar mind set! Ideally I am looking for people who are clean and tidy and are happy to cook, drink and hangout together without being in each others pockets.

Bean is a very well behaved whippet, she loves people but it takes her a while to accept them as part of the family. She is allowed on the sofas for cuddles but she does eat anything she can reach so keeping food out of her reach is essential!

I would be happy to consider people who also had dogs.

Rent for the double room is £1140
Deposit is £1100
Agency Fees are £210

Bills we would then split three ways and come to around £100 a month each. This includes a cleaning lady who comes once a week.
There is a washing machine and dishwasher.
