Beautiful bedroom available in Shoreditch/Hoxton

The room is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower, and outside balcony space with opening patio doors. The rent is £900 a month with all bills included (gas, electricity, sky tv, internet, council tax, etc)

It's on the ground/basement floor of a beautiful two-storey Georgian flat in the heart of East London, and would be shared with two single, creative gay guys born and bred in London (one of us is a musician and the other is a TV producer).

We're right next to Shoreditch - a stones throw away from Columbia Road (charming flower market every Sunday), Kingsland road (tons of restaurants), Broadway market (brilliant food market on Saturdays). Plus loads of pubs, clubs and cafes all around.

Basically, an amazing location and 5 min walk to Hoxton overground station or 10 minutes to Liverpool street, Old Street and Bethnal Green tube stations.

We are ideally looking to share with a girl, who's fun, chilled-out and creative with a full time job. I'm a music producer and often work from home - so it can get quite noisy during the day.

This is a pretty neat and tidy home - so we are also looking for someone who is happy to help with keeping it that way!
