It's a basement flat in a block of 6 flats, but it has loads of light and a good sized private garden that goes around 3 sides of the flat. There is also a separate kitchen and lounge, a shared bathroom and some good storage space.

Location
Located just off Bethnal green road 10 mins walk from Bethnal Green tube, 10 mins walk from Shoreditch High street overground and 10 mins walk to Whitechapel tube, and lots of bus options (No. 8, N8 and 388), so great transport links.
The flat is in a great location for bars, restaurants, cinemas, and markets (Columbia road and Brick lane a 5 minute walk away), and if the garden isn't enough of an outdoor space Victoria park and Haggerston park are also a short walk away.

Flatmate
You will be sharing with me (30) working in finance, I'm pretty easy going and sociable looking for an individual (sorry no couples) who works normal hours and is willing to pop to the pub occasionally. I really like living in this flat it's in a nice block and the garden is perfect for bbq's, and it's big enough that if you have friends or family around we're not tripping over each other.

Water and electricity / gas is around £30 each per month.
