Room in Shoreditch fresh and central!

Hi!

We have a room available from 1May in our 3 bedroom 2levels apartment in Shoreditch (Virginia Road, 5 minutes to Shoreditch high street station and 10minutes walk to liverpool street station). Busses just 300meters from the apartment taking you everywhere you want. The apartment has three bedrooms, one bathroom and an open space between kitchen and lounge. A lot of light coming through thanks to the sliding doors from floor to ceiling which makes it easy to open up, especially in the summer! Nice balcony facing south (sun the whole day).

We are guy and a girl (both Swedish, 24 and 25years old) working in the city (Finance). We are very social and love London. We love hanging out but also respect each others need for quiet times. We are looking for a social, nice but at the same time professional/clean/responsible /funny guy/girl. The contract is until the 18th of August but the Landlord is very happy for us to extend the contract and potentially to a lower rate. The rent is 800 pounds per month and around 50-100 pounds extra for bills (water, gas, electricity, broadband, cleaning comes every two weeks, council tax)
