I've got a great room in a great flat sharing with some great people that unfortunately I'm going to have to leave.
The flat itself is a loft style warehouse conversion flat in Hoxton, minutes walk from Hoxton Square, Columbia Rd flower market, Hoxton Overground and Liverpool Street Station.
The flat features a very large open plan living/dining area which facilitates a friendly and social flat. The room is a double.
You'll be sharing with 3 great flatmates. There's Alex who is 23, English and working in finance. Abby who is also English, and is a 23 year old nurse, and Nicole who is a 21 year old student here having moved over from New York. Everyone in the flat is super chilled and absolutely great to live with.
Rent is £840 per month + bills.
The flat is available now but I am flexible on the move in date.
