Room in friendly, well located garden flat

We have an awesome room with ensuite going in our Flatshare, starting from the 9th of Septemper. It's a four bedroom house with a garden!! a dining room and a large living room. The price includes bills. (Internet not included)

The room has a double bed and is furnished with a bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers. There is a lot of storage space in the room and in the house, so decent sized house (It could potentially fit a bouncy castle inside)

The house is very central, perfect if you like to wander round East london Shoreditch/Old Street/London Fields/Columbia road/Brick Lane (the house is 2 minutes walk from Brick Lane!). There are many transport links (Liverpool street, Aldgate East, Whitechapel and Shoreditch High Steet station are all between 5-15min walk).

Concerning the flatmates, we're all professionals between the age of 25-30. We're all quite independent but like to spend time cooking together, and making the house feel like a home! Flatmates are great, kiwi, italian and british - expect movie nights and boardgame nights and wineeeee! Also just so you know we don't have a TV, but that just means more fun generally. Backyard gets morning sun, so liking brunch is a must.

On the operational side of things: this will be a yearly contract that you will be entering, and you'll need to pass a reference-check (£50) One of the things that is required is, for the landlord's insurance, that the tenant earns above a certain amount (I think it is around £25, 000 a year), so you'd need to have a stable job with a salary above that mark (sorry!). The deposit is 825 pounds.

Were looking for someone between 25-30 who is fun and friendly but also chill to live with, being tidy is an bonus, same with being creative or a good cook!
