Lovely double in a 4 bed house!

Hello Potential New Flatmates!!

I'm going to try not to sound like a lonely hearts ad however... we are two lovely professional girls, in our 20s, looking for a nice person to share our house with! We are looking for a tidy and easy-going person who likes to have fun.

We have a four bed, 3 storey house, on a nice quite street opposite a church. It's very central less than 5 mins walk from Shoreditch station, 10 mins from Liverpool street/Old street.

The house is very spacious, large kitchen/diner, two bathrooms and a living room. We have garden too, so don't panic you can have a BBQ. Plus a couple of balconies.

There is one double room. It's all fully furnished and double glazed.

Now you know a bit about the flat you might like to know about me and Sheena. We have been friends for quite a few years and are very sociable. We like going out for a few drinks at the weekend (possibly in the week too) but also have the odd night in. We have a few friends around Shoreditch/north london, but are keen to meet new people and would like a sociable house.

We haven't moved in yet but we would like someone to move in around the same time as us - the rooms are available from 10th Aug...bring on the house warming :)

Rent (1 month in advance): £717 (ex bills)
Damage Deposit (6 weeks rent): £1028
Agency Fees: £120
