Hello! You're probably sick of looking for a house by now so you'll be thankful to hear we have what you're looking for. A house in an amazing location at a decent price and awesome house mates.

Our house is just off Brick Lane and super close to Columbia Flower Market, Shoreditch and Spitalfields! We have a single room to rent to someone who is fun, easygoing and would want to join us for going out but also respects privacy too. Ideally, we'd like someone who'd like to make it a home and who will join in with the house. Smokers are welcome but you have to do it on the balcony.

The property is in an amazing location, the room is furnished. It is available immediately until 22nd September as one of our house mates is moving back to Ireland. There is potential to renew the contract in September for a year but our landlord is very easygoing and we can move out at pretty much any time as long as we replace ourselves so it's super flexible. The kitchen is massive and is great for dinner parties, we also have a sofa in there for movie nights and a balcony overlooking a park. The rent is £595 PCM without bills included but we are all up for keeping the bills down! Deposit is one months rent and references etc required.

We love going out, exploring London, travelling, we're tidy without being compulsive and we'll be respectful of privacy and noise levels. Transport: Shoreditch High St is a 2 minute walk, and we are within 10 minute walk of Liveprool St, Bethnal Green, Aldgate and Whitechapel. Walking distance from the city, takes around 15/20 minutes.
