The room is in a flat with two other young professionals working in London. Each of us has a private bedroom and
we share a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a separate toilet. The living room
has three sofas, a large screen TV, xBox and dinner table. Everything (high-speed internet, garbage removal, etc.) is
already set up, so there is no additional work required from your side.

The rent is £765 per month (excluding water, electricity, internet, which adds up to £60 per month). There is a
refundable deposit of £1, 000 for the room. You can move in either 15 September or 1 October or anytime in between, I'm quite flexible :)

The flat is in the trendy Shoreditch area (Zone 1) close to (all in 5 min walk) the overground station 'Shoreditch High Street', Bricklane (famous Sunday Market, Vintage shops & galleries, 2 min walk), BoxPark (The World's First Popup Mall) and Redchurch street (galleries and shops), Hoxton (lots of bars, galleries & restaurants) and Columbia Road Flower Market, and Spitalfield Market. There is a 10 min walk to Old Street (Silicon Roundabout), Liverpool Street (London's main train station with connection to airports and to Central, West & North London) and the City (business district).
