I am moving back to France and looking for someone to take my place in a fabulous 2 bedrooms flat in Shoreditch.
The flat is very spacious with more than 1, 000 square feet, on the top floor of a new building perfectly located on Redchurch street (in the heart of Shoreditch, right next to Brick lane). There is so much to do in the area.

There is a wide range of shops within walking distance including a Sainsbury’s. The area has excellent transport links to central London. Shoreditch Hight Street Station is 2 minutes’ walk and Liverpool Street Station and Old Street are both within 10 minutes’ walk.

The room itself is a double with wooden shutters overlooking a quiet yard and comes with a bathroom with bath/shower. The flat is very tastefully decorated and comes equipped with broadband, there is a large living room and a terrace which is perfect for BBQ's. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with all the kit including a washer drier and a dishwasher.
My flat mate is very easy going. He is going back to Paris every 2 weekends.
