Brand new kitchen and bathroom
No lounge (as it is being used as the 3rd bedroom)
Huge sash windows making all the rooms light, fresh and airy.
The photos show the flat as unfurnished but landlord will be providing a bed and wardrobe in each room before we move in.

Located on Boundary street, an absolutely spectacular location if you know the area well!!

PLEASE NOTE THE MAP IS INCORRECT ON SPAREROOM, THE FLAT IS ACTUALLY AT THE BOTTOM OF BOUNDARY ST NEAR REDCHURCH ST, ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROAD.

Move in date is Friday 1st Aug
