Lovely Double Room In Fabulous Location

Hello, I'm hannah and my wonderful flatmate, Leanne, is Bournemouth bound...I'd like to stay and so, find myself hunting for an equally wonderful new flatmate. I know there are loads out there but hope to find that ideal flatmate by the end of July to confirm details with agent/landlord.

The flat
Located on 3rd floor in a building of four flats. Small but cosey with great use of space and really lovely environment. Lounge and kitchen space practical and nicely laid out; hall way; wooden floors throughout; sun room/atrium which is a great addition (for book case, lounge overspill; yoga; chill out; clothes drying etc!) storage - walk in wardrobe amd mini laundry/utility room; washing machine; bathroom - prob worse room in the flat but entirely functional just less pretty than the rest of the place. Roof terrace which is almost the same floor space as flat with built in bench and we have added some green...

Two double bedrooms - one smaller than other but has separate walk in wardrobe (see pics). If problematic, for the right flatmate, I'd be willing to swap! We can discuss on viewing...

A bit about me?
31yrs, female, from Manchester, human rights lawyer working at NGO with a boyfriend living in another city (so comes to visit along with other friends of course... I promise though not one of those annoying boyfriends who moves themselves in!)

I work hard, sometimes long hours and travel quite a lot. I appreciate the lovely atmosphere in the flat - and especially the sun room and newly built roof terrace! (Be sure to check the pics!) It's brilliant for hanging with friends or time alone be it on lazy Sundays and Friday evening cocktails.

I also love taking a break from the big city and retreating at weekends so I am often out of town. However, I do appreciate the great location in which I live so you will find me enjoying the local cafés, restaurants and bars. It really is a thriving and very cool area to be.

My ideal flatmate?
Someone of similar age/chapter of their life: young professional working hard and enjoying life - likes to grab a drink, socialise with friends, chat over cooking dinner, go all out for mad Abs or mess about with some yoga on the roof terrace etc...someone who enjoys the odd crazy all nighter but who has largely put the party animal to rest nowadays. Someone who isn't looking for a best friend but open to gaining a new one and looking for a friendly, relaxed flat. It would also be great if this someone appreciates a clean, tidy space.
