Huge Bedroom with AMAZING rooftop in Shoreditch!

Hi,

I'm leaving my amazing flat because I have to return to my country to get my student visa, so unfortunately I have to leave!

The room is amazing: great light, 2 huge windows, very spacious, doble bed, 1 big closet, desk, chair and a cubicle to put books and stuff.
All the furniture in the flat is modern and very cool.

The flat:
brand new kitchen, huge living area, bathroom with wide bathtub and shower, and of course the wonderful rooftop where you can see the Gherkin. Trust me, you would love it.

It's a 5 apartment building and the neighbours are really nice. You won't even notice they are around.

The flat is located just half a block away from Bricklane, 3 blocks away from Shoreditch High Street Overground, 10 minute walk to Liverpool street and 10 minute walk to Old street. Also, we have a very crowded pub across from the flat "Well and bucket" to have a few drinks after a long day of work!

Sainsbury 1 block away, Of license 100 metres, Tesco 5 blocks away.

The flatmate:
His name is Rui. He's 23 years old, from Portugal, works in finance and he's really outgoing and nice.

He enjoys going out with friends for drinks, but also staying in an just relax.
Very friendly and respectful of personal space, but also willing to have a nice chat over drinks with you.

The rent is 850 GBP + bills

VIEWINGS THIS MONDAY/TUESDAY/WEDNESDAY.

Ideally we would do viewings around 6 pm so you get a chance to meet Rui.
