We are looking for a person to share our flat located in Columbia Road, just in the middle of Shoreditch, Hoxton, Brick Lane, Old Street and Dalston.
Easily access to London's great markets, shops, art galleries, pubs and clubs.
Transport links are very good, with overground, underground and buses in every direction!
We have a lovely and furnished double room free, with a private entrance, from the 27th of May in our 2 bedroom flat.
The room is 700 pounds per month (council tax included) and JUST 400 POUNDS DEPOSIT!!!
The other bills are not included but are always fairly cheap!
You would be sharing with an other young professional, aged 31.
We are looking for someone like friendly, easygoing, considerate, social, respectful and clean!
