About the room/property:
• One large double room!
• Fully furnished, wooden floors (though sorry, no TV)
• Balcony with sweeping views of all the cool skyscrapers
• King size bed
• 3 bedroom flat – kitchen/bathroom/separate toilet (all completely renovated)
• 5 mins walk to Shoreditch High Street, 5 mins walk to Brick Lane, 2 mins walk to Columbia Road markets, 10 mins walk to Old Street

About the current roommates:
• 2 Australians (professionals - Speech Therapy and Digital Marketing)
• Aged 26
• We’re hilarious, obviously
• We've been described as Australia's best export since Vegemite (this claim can't be verified though)

Rent/Bills/Fees:
• £787 pcm rent (excl. bills which are roughly £60-65 p/m)
• Deposit: 6 weeks rent upfront (£1092)
• Rent to July 1 must be paid when you move in
• c£250 agency fees
• Internet, Netflix, Council Tax, Gas/Elec all included in bills
• Couples welcome (though price may differ)
