We are letting a large ensuite bedroom in this stunning warehouse conversion right on Redchurch St. You will be sharing with just us, a professional couple who have recently moved over from Australia.

This flat has a large living and dining area and massive kitchen. We are in the process of furnishing it from scratch so you will be able to make this your home with us.

The bedroom has a king size bed, plenty of cupboards and storage and a private bathroom with a bathtub. We also have an ensuite and the flat has a third guest toilet so your bathroom is completely private. The bedroom also faces towards the back of the building and is very quiet with no street/area noise.

The location couldn't be better. We are 2 minutes walk from Brick Lane (the trendy end) and about 5 minutes from the Shoreditch 'triangle' and Hoxton Square. In terms of transport, Shoreditch High Street (overground) is about a 3 minute walk, whilst Liverpool St, Old St and Bethnal Green are all within about 15 minutes walk. Redchurch St is full of amazing bars, restaurants and cafe's. It was recently named one of the best streets in London to live.

We are an easygoing, social couple who ideally want to share the flat with someone who has similar interests. We are looking for someone who can be our friend as much as a flatmate and wants to make this amazing flat their home with us. We love travel, music and technology. I'm really into cooking but terrible at gardening. We aren't huge party people but will occasionally have people over for dinner and would hope that you would join us. We aren't couply at all, and are both very social.

The room is currently being let by a friend who is moving out on the 20th August so we would ideally like to fill it from then. The rent is £300 per week including council tax and internet. Utilities (gas, water and electricity) will be split 3 ways and will probably be around £10-15 a week each (as a guess)
