Bright And Beautiful Triple Bedroom In Shoreditch

This room is available for a short term let, from the 22th of august to the 14th of september (one or two days flexible, 7days minimum stay, ideally you take the room for the entire duration!)

This large room, 35m², is part of an old furniture factory in the center of dynamic Shoreditch.
The room includes a private living/dining room, a cute enclosed bedroom with a colonial wrought iron four-poster bed opened on the peaceful roofscape, an office/ bedroom wich can have is own privacy with the curtains, and ample storages. This space's got a really nice ambiance with solid oak floors, 3m high ceilings, and sunlight all along the day. ( East/ south and west windows to enjoye at the maximum the londoner sun!)
There is an amazing view on the famous skyline of london (with the Gherkin, the Shard) enhanced by the overground trains that travels very close to the room. ( but you cant hear it at all and they stop running early)
We share a quirky communal kitchen downstairs with the other people who live in the building. You will share a bathroom with the French couple (who live on the same wing of the building as this room).
All the people who're living in the house are really friendly, peaceful and all proffessionals. In the building there is as well a boutique shop designed by our live-in landlord and run by another flatmate, and a large studio space.
There is a house cat who might say hello but she stays on the other side of the house (no problem in case of allergy)
Really cant emphasise enough how much we love this place so look after it and enjoy!

Shoreditch is THE creative hub of London. It has some of the best variety of restaurants, cafes and bars in the UK. The flat is 2 minutes walk from the fantastic Columbia Flower Market, and 7 minutes from vibrant Brick Lane Market (and its world famous curry strip!).
It can be dynamic/trendy and fun in the evenings and pretty/relaxed during the day. There is so much culture available to you around here as well as parks. The really nice Regent canal is at 5min walk from the flat. You really are spoilt for choice here!
There is a corner shop just down the flat, a really nice organic shop opposite the road, and tesco and Sainsburys at 5min.
The flat is in Zone 1 of London and the transport links mean this is one of the prime locations in this great city!

Other Things to Note:

People wanting to stay longer will be preferred.
IDEALLY it would be one couple for the entire time, but if you are a group of three friends and want to stay the entire time that would be cool too. Just be open and cool with everyone living here please!

House Rules:
No parties please. Wash up all cutlery/dishes/pots etc. after you use them. Please be respectful to the flatmates. Clean up the room after you leave.

Smoking is fine. Please dont bring a pet.

1 minute walk to Hoxton overground
5 minutes walk to Old Street tube
12minutes walk to Liverpool street station
Bus Stop outside the front door busses: 67, 149, 242, 243, 55 (will take you to Liverpool Street Station in under 5 minutes)
This is also a well connected cycling are with rentable bicylces 1 minutes walk from the front door and a canal 6 minutes cycle-ride, further up the road).
