I'm offering my room for roughly 1 month, September!

It's huge, ~20 square meters, with a view at our shared garden and plenty of light. The house itself has a refurbished kitchen (with dishwasher), a garage, storage space, access to garden, 2 other bedrooms, 1 wc and 1 bathroom.

Location is Shoreditch, Zone 2 , right next to Hoxton overground station, a 5min walk from Regent's canal and ~15min walk from Liverpool street and Old street tubes.

Price is 800£/month or 200£/week, all included (discounted price).

I'm looking preferably for a female professional that will respect the place and the other 2 roommates.
