you will have access to all the cafes, bars, restaurants and galleries. Haggeston Park, London Fields and Victoria Park are all within walking distance, as is Regents Canal. There are many great markets in the area, all only a short walk away, including Brick Lane, Spitalfields, Broadway and Columbia Road.

Transport links are excellent.
Hoxton Overground is a 1 minute walk away, Old Street is a 10 minute walk and Liverpool Street only 15 minutes walk. There are also a number of buses that take you to Liverpool Street, Bank, Oxford Circus etc. Many of the buses run 24 hours a day.
