Small double room for rent in spacious 4 bedroom house on sought after Columbia road, in the heart of Shoreditch. Room is available from Friday 8 September 2017.

You would be living with 2 guys (Aussie and Norwegian) and 1 chicka (Austrian, which I guess could also be construed as Aussie), all young professionals between 28 - 33 years young and would be replacing a lovely South African / Argentinian girl who is moving back to South Africa.

The house is a 12 minute walk to Old Street tube station, 17 minute walk to Liverpool Street station and walking distance to all the trendy bars and cafes that Shoreditch / Brick Lane has to offer.

The room is a small double on the ground floor and comes furnished with double bed, small built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. The house has a spacious living room with big screen TV and Virgin / Sky TV box. Internet is Virgin Super Fiber Optic. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need including brand new dishwasher and 2-in-1 washer/dryer. The bathroom is newly renovated and there is a second toilet plus a backyard with a gas bbq.

We are looking for a relaxed, considerate and friendly housemate who is sociable but will pay bills on time and contribute to a clean and well maintained house.

Rent is £570 per month plus an extra £75 for bills which includes Virgin / Sky TV, internet, weekly cleaner and Council Tax. The £75 does not include Water and Gas & Electricity which are separate and paid quarterly when bills are received.
