DBL room-5mins walk to Brick Lane! Great location!

Hello room hunters!

My flatmate, Elisa and I, are after a new flatmate! Our current fm is moving out mid-lease. There is 10 months left, so at least 6 months minimum is preferred!

YOUR ROOM:
The room isn't huge, but a double bed fits easily with a built in cupboard, extra wardrobe, and bedside table. The windows are being replaced shortly, and after that, the carpet!

THE FLAT:
The flat gets a lot of light. We are on the top floor (fourth) of a block of flats, just off Bethnal Green Road. The bus stop for the 8 and the 388 is at the corner, and Bethnal Green Tube is 5 mins walk or three bus stops down.
Theres a 24 hour Tesco close by, and then a Tesco Metro a bit further down. As well as a Boots, McDonalds, KFC, Iceland, and lots of other shops and pubs minutes walk away. Not to mention all the cafes and coffee shops near and on Brick Lane - which is 5 minutes walk away, as is Redchurch Street, and then of course Shoreditch High Street! Roughly 7 mins walk away to Shoreditch High Street station.
Liverpool street station is about 10/15 mins by bus depending on traffic of course!

Columbia Road Flower market is a few minutes down the road, and London Fields/Broadway market is about 10/15 minutes walk away. It's such an awesome location honestly!!!

US!:
I'm an Australian model and part-time dog walker so I tend to be at home a fair bit.
Elisa is Italian and currently bar tends part-time.
We both like to cook and have a chat, but don't always have to socialise together!

We are looking for someone who is of a similar age, who is clean, tidy, and likes cats - it might be an issue if you don't, as we have a kitten!!!

Gas/elec: we haven't received a bill yet!
