The location is great, nearest bus stops on Queensbridge road (26, 48, 55) and Hoxton station is about a 5 minute walk away. Right opposite Haggerston park, near Regent's canal and 15 minute walk to Broadway market or into Shoreditch.
The flat is quite small but the location makes up for it and the balcony room is big.
I'm looking for flatmates who are tidy and respectful, and nice people obviously! Definitely not a party house.
