Dbl Room in Large Shoreditch Apartment - Premium

Hi everyone,

As I will be in Cape Town for the next few months, my beautiful room in Shoreditch is available to let on a short-term/flexible basis.

The flat is in a fantastic location in lively Shoreditch, just 10 mins walk from Old Street station and Liverpool Street station. Only 2 mins walk from Shoreditch High Street station. Although all the wonderful bars and cafes are so close, the street and courtyard which surround the flat are surprisingly quiet - you wouldn't know you were in the heart of Shoreditch!

The flat has been completley refurbished in the last 6 months, absolutely everything is new and we have lovely furnishings and decorations. The bedroom itself is large with a king size bed, free-standing clothes rail and 3 chests of drawers. All of my things will be removed from this room although there is a walk-in wardrobe connected which I am not planning on being available for this let as it will be storing my clothes (can be flexible if required - happy to discuss!).

The rest of the flat is very spacious (80sqm in total) and although you are sharing with Emilie, there really is plenty of room so you won't be cramped. There is a large kitchen with 6 person table, separate large living room with 8 person table and large comfy sofa, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, beautiful bathroom with hot and powerful shower and utility room.

This is really mine and Emilie's lovely home, and we are looking to find a new housemate who will treat it as their home too. Many of my personal belongings will remain in the flat so trust and respect is paramount with this letting. We are looking for someone professional but friendly who we can both be friends with - even though I will be a little bit further away! On a personal level we are obviously both amazing and great fun to hang out with (!!) - Emilie in particular is a wonderful and considerate housemate who I am sure anyone would enjoy living with.

I am planning on being back in the UK at the end of November but length of tenancy is flexible as I have other places to stay if required - please contact me to discuss. One month minimum.
