There is a room available in our amazingly located Shoreditch townhouse. We are looking for a professional male/female to move in from 15th September. Rent is £740 PCM excluding bills.
AMAZING location, just off Brick Lane and Redchurch Street. Only a 10min walk to Liverpool Street or Old Street tubes and 2mins from Shoreditch High Street Overground. We're just a short stroll from Spitalfields Market, Colombia Road flower market and the bars and restaurants of Brick Lane and Hoxton.
Our house is spread over 3 floors and also has outdoor space (summer BBQs!), 4 bedrooms, kitchen, lounge and 2 bathrooms. You will be sharing with 3 easy-going and friendly professionals: 2 girls and 1 guy aged 27-30. We like dinners in and drinks out when we can, but also do our own thing.
We're looking for a non-smoker or a smoker who is willing to smoke outside. A professional male, ideal age 25-35. Sorry, no students and couples.
Room is available from Monday 15th September and we're having viewings on Sunday 31st August from 5pm and Tuesday 2nd September from 7pm.
