Large Room in Fun Flat in Shoreditch/Brick Lane

Hello!

We are three fun-loving young professionals looking for a friendly person to join us at 15 Chilton Street.

In the house we have Yago, a 28-year old Spanish architect, Julien, a 25-year old Swiss estate agent and Sophie, a 22-year old strategy consultant.

Here's the best bits about this flat.

Location:
We're in a pretty incredible location; 2 minutes walk from Brick Lane, 5-10 minutes walk from the heart of Shoreditch, right on the border with Bethnal Green, and 25 mins walk from the City.

Travel:
Nearest station in Shoreditch High Street, about 5 mins walk away. Then we have Liverpool Steet and Bethnal Green on the central line (10-15 mins) and Old Street on the Northern Line (15 mins). There is also a bus stop pretty much right outside our door.

Bills etc.:
Council tax and all our bills, internet, etc. are all included in the price of the rent - they are all taken care of by the agency which saves us all a huge headache!

Agency Fee:
There is NO agency fee!

Flexible Lease (kind of):
You sign on for 12 months but there's no fee if you want to find a replacement tenant and swap your contract over; so in fact it's very flexible.

The Flat:
We have a great shared balcony in the flat and a very lively, sociable kitchen. No living room but we are working on getting a sofa.

The Room:
Very large, with a huge window and a sofa. Enough for a spare mattress on the floor.

The Flatmates:
None of us knew each other before moving in here but now we are all pretty close. We like drinking beers on a Friday and Saturday night before hitting our favorite spots in Shoreditch and nearby Dalston. We welcome you to bring your friends over and contribute to the social life of the house!

Who we are looking for:
To keep the balance in the house, we are ideally looking for a girl, but we are open to guys too! We are looking for someone sociable, friendly and fun-loving, not someone who will hide in their room all the time.

Moving in:
We are in a bit of a time crunch at the moment so we are looking to meet people tomorrow (Sunday 30th Aug) and next week for a move-in date of 9th September.
