1 Room available in a nice house in Shoreditch!!

Hello!

Sadly me and my flatmate are leaving our house in Shoreditch

The house has 2 floors and is fully furnished with a share living room (TV internet...) and a well equipped kitchen, brand new! The bedroom has 2 wardrobes, a double bed and some other furniture. It is really big, sunny, clean and bright :)

The house has a very cute garden where we like to do barbecues when the weather is nice... Oh and we have a cleaning lady coming every week!

The other tenants are 2 friendly young professional guys - one English and the other Australian. We just found a third tenant, a 26 year old English girl so now we have one last room to fill. During the week we are pretty chill but on weekends we like to go out and invite friends or family over every once in a while. There is a very friendly atmosphere in the house, we want someone who would like to share time together meaning someone sociable and easy going! No students please.

The area is just awesome lots of bars and restaurants but we live in a really quiet street. It is a 5mns walk from Shoreditch Station and close to all the bus stations going to the City and London bridge.. I personally walk to work in the City and it takes me 20mns!

Less funny things, the rent is 920£ a month + 73£ a month of bills which are managed by the landlady. She is really nice and help us anytime we need it.
