The best house in Shoreditch.

Hey! We have a MASSIVE, massive, beyond massive room going in the heart of Shoreditch. The room actually has two double beds, a desk, a wardrobe and a bookshelf in it right now but you don't have to keep all that ;) It's super bright and conveniently close to the bathroom!

Downstairs, the kitchen and lounge are open plan with big floor-to-ceiling windows which look out over our huge backyard. With room for two seating areas and plenty of chilled nights outside with a glass of wine :)

We are looking for a single male to take the room on his own OR a couple. We don't really mind.

The room is 1000 pounds a month and the house is available on October 14 (may be sooner if the current tenants find a place).

The house is basically on top of Hoxton overground station and a 5 minute walk into the very heart of Shoreditch. Old St is your closest tube and its on the northern line so its super convenient.

We have already signed the lease and started going through reference checks. As we have a guarantor for the property, you probably wouldn't need to go on the lease, but you would need to pay your share of the deposit to us when you decide to commit.

As there are other tenants in the house right now, it is quite difficult for us to conduct viewings. We'd only ask the real estate to let us view again if you were pretty much sure you wanted to take the place. Otherwise, we need someone that can take it site unseen. Its tricky but once you see the house, you'll be in love. It's the best, biggest and brightest house we've ever seen in East London in this price range.

A quick bit about your new housemates - Meg is 23 and works in Hospitality, Mads is 22 and a PA and Hamish is 26 and works in a hotel. We're all very social, love a wine on the couch with a movie just as much as a night out. We are so looking forward to settling in and decorating our new pad!
