Big room available in the heart of Shoreditch!

We have a fully furnished big bedroom available in our lovely 4 bedroom house from around 1st of June (potential to be 1 week earlier than this if needed). We are in an amazing location just off Bethnal Green Road, a stone's throw away from Brick Lane, Columbia Road, Spitalfields and in the heart of Shoreditch. Old Street / Liverpool Street are 10-15 minutes away and Shoreditch High Street less than 5 minutes.

The house is a big 4 bed, 2 bathrooms with fully furnished living room and kitchen, and a back yard. The amounts mentioned generally covers rent and bills although we occasionally put a bit extra in if needed.

We are Steph (26), Aaron(24), and Ben (25)all professionals working in the city. We appreciate our own space but also enjoy hanging out, cooking and going to the pub together.

We are looking for people of similar age who are up for a laugh, relatively tidy etc and who want to be a part of the house. Preferably females to keep the balance but also open to guys.
