Double Room in Sociable house in Shoreditch

Large double room available on a quiet street right off Brick Lane in the heart of Shoreditch. The house has 4 rooms 2 bathrooms/ shared lounge/ private driveway/ garden and typical modcons.

House is a 2 min walk to Shoreditch High Street Station, 10 min walk to Old Street and a 15 min walk to Liverpool Street Station.

Great location in the middle of Shoreditch with tons of great bars and restaurants. There is both a Sainsbury's and Tescos around the corner.

Bills are not included but are generally from 80-100 pounds per month and includes Sky and a cleaner.

Unfortunately, I will be leaving London to return to the States, but we are looking for a fun, sociable professional female (to keep the boy/girl balance) to take my place. We all work and are pretty quiet during the week but like to go out and enjoy some beer and wine on the weekend.
