Amazing flat, 5 minutes from Hoxton station

I am moving out of my room to do some travelling and I'm looking for someone new to come in and replace me.

The house is great, an amazing location in Kingsland Road and five minutes from Hoxton station. The area is great and just a short walk from Dalston and Shoreditch.

Great for transport with buses stopping nearby and routes running for 24 hours. The house is set back from the road so there is no traffic noise in the room.

The room is available on October 9. You can move in on that day or any time afterwards but must pay rent from that date.

The rent is a very reasonable £700 a month and includes all bills and we have Sky TV with sports and movies in the front room. As the move-in date is midway through the month the first payment will be for £519. 35 then £700 per month after that.

A room in the flat came up a while back and we had a lot of interest so if you're not able to take the room on that date please don't message.

The 3 remaining flatmates (3 girls) are all amazing and we have a really friendly house with shared kitchen, two bathrooms and a shared front room, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer etc.

The photographs displayed are provided by the landlord and were taken before I moved in - I have the room set up in a slightly different way.

The room is furnished with a chest of drawers, bedside table, bed and wardrobe.

Viewings will take place on Wednesday 17 September after 9pm.
