Flatmate wanted close to Shoreditch / Hoxton

Hi All,

I'm in the process of finalising the reference check for a large, bright and spacious 2-bedroom apartment close to Hoxton station (wider Shoreditch area).

I'm searching for a flatmate who wants to join me in living in this modern place just off Kingsland road. The area feels very vibrant, many restaurants and other shops are within close walking distance. Because the flat itself is just off the road it is quiet though, especially on weekends.

Its provides good links to the city with buses stopping behind the house and to Canary Wharf through Hoxton overground.

The flat has been recently renovated and is fully furnished with modern furniture throughout. 2 large and quiet bedrooms, a modern kitchen, a large living room with a sleeping couch, balcony and modern bathroom. Its on the 2nd floor in a apartment complex.

I'm a 26 year old professional working in Finance, preferably I'm looking for a like minded professional. Its always better living together with a friend so I hope that this will turn also into a friendship.

The room is available from 1st of November. I'm currently not in London to show the room, though that would be possible from November 1st. However, the pictures very well reflect how the flat looks like.
