Hello, my name is Cat. I am a visual creative working in the fashion retail industry. I design window displays for stores, interior displays and digital promotion & visuals. I am the person you would be sharing the room with.

Beautiful room, very large with 2 beds, one is a single bed and the other is a king sized bed. Mine is the single, it's just the right size for me. So the king sized bed would be what the advertisement is for. The room is very light and airy with large windows and a BALCONY. There's a door to step out onto it and enjoy the view. you can see the Gerkin and the Shard from there and it's dazzling at night. It's pretty sweet. It's fully furnished, so you would have your own wardrobe, shelves and chest of draws.

The flat is a maisonette, located right next to Columbia flower market just off hackney road. We are a 5 minute walk away from both Hoxton and Shoreditch overground stations. Shoreditch high street is right on our doorstep. Walk a little further, say 15minutes and you'll be at Liverpool street station. The transport connections here are brilliant.

Besides myself, there's a Canadian girl in another room and the other rooms will be new people too. Everyone has been friendly and we all love to sit together and chat in the kitchen.

The kitchen is our shared space where we all eat and catch up on each others days when we see one another. It takes the place of a living room for us and means we drink together around the kitchen table on weekends or cook for one another in the week. We are fully stocked on kitchen plates, cutlery, utensils etc. So you won't have to worry about that. The oven, microwave & washing machine are all in here.

The bathroom is upstairs with a high powered shower that runs hot anytime of the day. The Toilet is separate.

This is all bills included and broadband as well.

About you:

I am looking for a person to share the room with. Another creative person is preferred, as I am looking for a fun, open minded individual who can fit easily into the house.
