Move in from 21 July 2023, please no offence, this room is available from this date and I would not wait for someone until August or September or beyond because by then this room will be rented and occupied :)

Not suitable for couples or tall people because of the loft height restriction.

Double room in a large apartment on the top floors of a well positioned building on Gerrard Street, China Town, Soho.

With three separate toilet, bathroom / shower areas.

There is no communal lounge area. Shared kitchen is fully equipped with table to eat at, washing machine, clothes dryer, microwave oven, cooker and oven, fridges and freezes. Three bathroom areas, including showers and toilets. NO en suite available.

The walls are painted white in this Loft room with a skylight window, hardwearing floors with heating and secondary glazing. Private enclosed roof patio area. It’s surprisingly quiet up here when the windows are closed because there is no traffic noise with Gerrard Street being a pedestrian area most of the day.

Furnished with white wardrobe and chest of drawers, leather sofa, double bed, and leather headboard. Free view TV has been installed to view on a 32 inch plasma screen which is wall mounted. There is a desk in the room, there is also an under counter fridge in the room.

To secure this room you will need to pay a holding deposit of £200. Total deposit is £1000. The balance of the deposit £800 is payable on the day you move in before you move in. The rent is payable pro rata in advance before you move in.
